Conflict of Interest Policies Survey

Introduction

The purpose of this survey is to gather information about conflict of interest policies that address interactions between physicians, researchers, and industry. Your input will be used to assess our policies to ensure the highest integrity in patient care research and education.

Conflict of interest policies and procedures are intended to strike the right balance so that collaborations with industry can be actively pursued and strengthened, while at the same time preserving the integrity of the core missions of institutions.

Below are questions intended to elicit your views about whether or not the right balance has been achieved and if the current policies and procedures are effective.

It will take about 10-15 minutes to complete.

Although we recognize that you may perceive ambiguity in some questions, please try to answer all of the questions by providing the response that most closely reflects your experience and your understanding of the conflict of interest policies.
